I created The Propel System because I was tired of watching good agents burn themselves out buying leads, jumping from one marketing trick to the next, and constantly feeling like they had to “start over” every month. Meanwhile, the people most likely to refer them were already sitting in their database waiting to hear from them. I’ve spent my career helping people navigate real estate from multiple sides of the business. Before becoming an agent in 2012, I spent 15 years as a real estate paralegal and closer. Since then, I’ve sold hundreds of homes as a solo agent, became a licensed broker and real estate instructor, and built a business centered around relationships instead of chasing strangers for leads.
